Poleis Limited stores your first and last names, email address, topic interests, saved resource references, password hash, recovery-code hash and registration date to provide account access. Passwords and recovery codes are not stored as readable text.

An essential secure session cookie keeps you signed in. Hashed rate-limit identifiers help limit automated attempts. There is no marketing subscription or visitor analytics added by registration.

Your email address is not verified automatically. Accounts provide access to general resources, not confidential client documents. Do not upload personal information through registration.

To request account deletion or exercise your privacy rights, contact Poleis using the contact page. Account records are retained until deletion is requested or Poleis closes the account. See the website privacy policy for further information.
