Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This page explains the cookies used on poleis.com. We use essential cookies only. We do not use analytics, advertising or marketing cookies.
1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. Essential cookies are needed for a service you ask for, such as staying signed in, and do not need your consent.
2. Cookies We Set
poleis_admin — keeps you signed in to the Resource Library and the website administrator area, and protects forms. Secure, HttpOnly, removed when you close your browser. Sessions also end after a period of inactivity.
poleis_academy — keeps you signed in to the Training area (path /academy/) and protects forms. Secure, HttpOnly, removed when you close your browser.
poleis_grc — keeps you signed in to the GRC workspace (path /grc/) and protects forms. Secure, HttpOnly, removed when you close your browser, with sign-out after inactivity.
These cookies are set only on the sign-in, registration, recovery, account and similar pages of those areas, not when you simply read the public pages.
3. Third-Party Checks
Some forms and sign-in pages use the Cloudflare Turnstile check to tell people from automated programs. Cloudflare may store technical information in your browser for this purpose and is described in our Subprocessors list. Cloudflare’s own privacy information applies to that check.
4. Managing Cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the essential cookies above, you will not be able to sign in. For more about how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy, or contact privacy@poleis.com.
5. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
