Account privacy notice

Poleis Limited stores your first and last names, email address, topic interests, saved resource references, password hash, recovery-code hash and registration date to provide account access. Passwords and recovery codes are not stored as readable text.

An essential secure session cookie keeps you signed in. Hashed rate-limit identifiers help limit automated attempts. For security, we keep a log of account events (registration, e-mail confirmation, sign-ins and failed sign-ins, password changes and resets) with the time and IP address, for up to 12 months. There is no marketing subscription or visitor analytics added by registration.

You must confirm your email address, using a link we send you, before your account is activated. Accounts provide access to general resources, not confidential client documents. Do not upload personal information through registration.

To request account deletion or exercise your privacy rights, email privacy@poleis.com or use the contact page. Account records are retained while the account remains active and are deleted when the account is closed or deletion is requested, unless retention is required by law or for security purposes.
